Weight belt feeder for alternative fuels
HASLER Group Gravit light is suitable for the dosing of alternative fuels and low density materials, like shredded plastics, household waste, biomass fluff, wood, chips or sawdust. Equiped with a specific belt scape, Gravit Light receive the same accuracy than the other weigh belt feeders, special attention has been given to the design in the aim to adapt it to the light-density materials. According to our customers, this is a uccess !

Specialities and options
Spillage conveyor :
Spillage conveyor : One ore more scraper(s) driven by two chains recover the particles that escaped from the weighfeeder and convey it to the common discharge point.
Weighfeeder signals and information, such as Weight, Speed, Belt tracking, Belt index are directly connected to the SCM-3 controller. The SCM controller calculates the actual flowrate, totalizes the conveyed material and generates the control signal for the variable speed drive.
The pre-feeder is controlled as a function of the inlet weighing.
Detailed alarm informations are obtained via the display (SDU).
* SCM3 Field or Panel version: see SCM-3-F-260-001-E. or SCM-3-P-260-001-E.
The SCM-3 is supplied with a Process Display Unit offering a 5-inch touch screen and 16.7 million colors.
As an option a mobile application is proposed.
