HASLER, bolstered up by many successes in alternative fuels, is able to study and provide a complete fitting solution for any waste fuel to be metered.
From the delivery to the burners, several solutions can be envisaged, according to the piece size, the poor or not flowing capacity, the feed rate and the possibility or not to use a pneumatic conveying.
The needs in caloric energy represent the most of costs in cement production. If the traditional fossil fuels are still used, important savings can be made with all the secondary or alternative fuels brought by industrial or household waste. These waste may be coarse, such as :
- tyres shreds (1),
- wood shavings (2),
- compressed and shredded plastic bottles (3).
Other waste will be finer and generally lighter :
- sawdust (4) (impregnated or not),
- animal meal, fabric
- paper shreds (5),
- vegetal shells like peanuts (6), cashew nuts, cotton, etc.
Sawdust (impregnated or not)(4), animal meal, fabric, paper shreds (5),vegetal shells like peanuts cashew nuts, cotton(6), etc.
These materials, generally bad flowing, will be stored in appropriate silos with :
- negative slopes for the walls (7)
- extracted by adapted devices: Planetary screw (8)
- Multiple screws (9)
Walls(7), planetatry screw(8), multiple srew(9),
Due to the dust and sometimes smells generated by these products, the whole handling (extraction, metering and conveying) will be done in a tight enclosure to avoid harmful emissions and prevent from explosion risks.
