Universal vertical industrial mixers: sealed or unsealed version or XXL format version
LUMPP universal mixers are designed to operate in demanding industrial environments on a continuous basis.
Designed to be installed in open tanks under atmospheric pressure, LUMPP's sealless vertical mixers are used where industrial processes require liquid/solid mixtures (holding in suspension), miscible liquid mixtures such as dilutions, dissolutions, solid/liquid dispersions, liquid/liquid dispersions (emulsions), homogenisation, heat transfer or storage.
LUMPP large-format agitators are specially designed to operate optimally in extremely demanding continuous processes, using large tanks, to ensure a leaching mixing process, precipitation or any other chemical reaction.
Horizontal mixers and industrial counter-rotating or coaxial mixers
LUMPP horizontal or side-entry agitators are designed to be mounted on the side of tanks and are particularly suitable for homogenising large volumes with compact, energy-efficient equipment.
The LUMPP counter-rotating coaxial agitator provides double agitation to handle even the most viscous liquids. It has a central impeller that rotates in one direction, and a second impeller that acts against the wall, working in the opposite direction to the central impeller.
