This industrial gravimetric dosing system for continuous processes is specially designed to transport very hot and abrasive products such as clinker, making it possible to meet the requirements of heavy industries such as cement plants. The mechanical design of the MAMMUTHUS Clinker provides accurate, constant dosing of the transported materials.

It combines an extractor and a weigh feeder in a single machine, minimising the maintenance and footprint of the equipment. With a margin of error of ±1%, the system is positioned as essential equipment for industrial dosing in continuous processes (24/7).

DESCRIPTION OF THE MAMMUTHUS CLINKER EXTRACTOR WEIGH FEEDER

 

The MAMMUTHUS Clinker extractor weigh feeder provides accurate, constant automated dosing of hot and abrasive materials under the harsh, demanding conditions of the cement industry.

The MAMMUTHUS Clinker metal apron feeder consists of an extraction section, a metal apron conveyor belt and force sensors (integrated weigh bridge). An index passage detector synchronises the segmented derating of the apron when it is empty.

Available in four belt widths, this industrial feeder offers flexibility and adaptability for continuous process industries.

The MAMMUTHUS Clinker industrial dosing system incorporates an impulse sensor in its geared motor for an even more accurate reading of the speed of movement of the material on the metal apron.

The double chain traction allows high load capacity and resistance to wear in line with the needs of cement plants. The MAMMUTHUS Clinker is also equipped with inspection doors to simplify commissioning and facilitate maintenance in continuous dosing processes.

It can be controlled by the SCMIII control system. This material flow management system collects the data and signals needed to calculate flow, totals and regulation functions. The data and alerts produced during the dosing process are instantly transmitted and displayed in real time on the screen of the SDU console.

 

Option:

/ The machine can be equipped with a scraper (a chain-driven recovery system) to retrieve escaped material to transport it to the common discharge point.
